How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Remainingadopted Restoration should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Remainingadopted Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Remainingadopted Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@remainingadopted.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
